Hi, I’m christi hagans.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people make sense of their stories and find healing in the places that hurt the most. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, attachment wounds, identity issues, anxiety, and depression, using approaches that are both evidence-based and deeply relational. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative—I believe lasting change happens in the context of safety and connection.

I also think one of the most helpful things is for clients to realize counselors are real people, too. I’m a wife and mom, whose also continuously learning to navigate the forever changing world of parenting. In my down time I enjoy cooking new recipes, being with my people, feeling the sun on my skin and painting my nails.


My Approach

I use attachment theory, EMDR and Story-Informed Trauma Therapy to help clients process unresolved pain. I use Gottman Principles and Prepare/Enrich to help couples build connection and intimacy.

I offer a safe, supportive space where your story is heard and honored. I believe healing happens through connection, and lasting change comes when we work together with openness and trust. It’s my privilege to walk alongside you in this journey toward greater insight, healing, and hope.
