Individual Counseling
Choosing this option you receive a treatment plan tailored to meet your individual goals. We can meet in person or virtually, meeting weekly or biweekly, whatever works for your schedule.
Cost per session is $150.
I currently do not accept insurance, but can provide a Super Bill for insurance reimbursement if you have Out of Network Benefits.
Couples Counseling
If your relationship with your partner or spouse needs work, if you’re struggling to communicate with one another, or if you’ve managed to find yourselves feeling more like roommates than romantic partners, this could be the right option for you!
We can meet in person or virtually, meeting weekly or biweekly, whatever works for your schedule.
Cost is $150 per 50 min. session and $180 per 80 min. session.
Most insurance agencies do not cover services for couples counseling, but I’m happy to provide you with a Super Bill for insurance reimbursement.
If you’re looking for a Board Approved Supervisor for Louisiana, I may be a good fit for you!
My supervision approach focuses on empowering you to become a more confident, authentic counselor. I provide regular, tailored feedback aligned with your personal goals, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey to become a licensed professional counselor.
Cost is $75 per supervision session.
Supervision for Provisionally Licensed Counselors
Teaching, Trainings or Professional Development
I offer speaking and training for churches, schools, and local organizations seeking to grow in trauma-informed care, emotionally healthy spirituality, non-reactive leadership, conflict resolution and more. Each workshop is tailored to your group’s needs, equipping participants with practical tools for lasting impact.
With experience teaching undergraduate college students, equipping pastors, teaching in churches and speaking at conferences, I’d love to collaborate with you on the needs of your community.
