COuples counseling

If your relationship with your partner or spouse needs work, if you’re struggling to communicate with one another, or if you’ve managed to find yourselves feeling more like roommates than romantic partners, this could be the right option for you!

We can meet in person or virtually, meeting weekly or biweekly, whatever works for your schedule.

Cost is $180 per session.
Most insurance agencies do not cover services for couples counseling, but I’m happy to provide you with a Super Bill for insurance reimbursement.

Supervision for Provisionally licensed counselors

If you’re looking for a Board Approved Supervisor for Louisiana, I may be a good fit for you!

My supervision approach focuses on empowering you to become a more confident, authentic counselor. I provide regular, tailored feedback aligned with your personal goals, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey to become a licensed professional counselor.

Cost is $75 per supervision session.

Teaching, trainings or Professional Development

Whether you’re a school looking to educate your staff or students on mindfulness and emotions or you’re a church hoping to train and equip your staff on mental health needs, I’d be happy to help.

With experience teaching undergraduate college students, equipping pastors, teaching in small group settings at churches and speaking at conferences, I’d love to collaborate with you on the needs of your community.

“In neglecting our intense emotions, we are false to ourselves and lose a wonderful opportunity to know God. We forget that change comes through brutal honesty and vulnerability before God.”
